This plate has been hand thrown and turned on the pottery wheel. It is has a generous flat surface for dinner ware and  with a generous curved side it is ideal also for serving pasta, curries, salads and casseroles.
Made from creamy white midfire clay, hand painted with underglaze in my unique hypnotic fish design which evolved after seaside holiday dreams. It is covered all over the back and front with a super clear glossy glaze ideal for food and washing, even the dishwasher! The strong foot rings on the base make it secure and functional.
